Three Arrested In Connection To Shooting At A Myrtle Beach Hotel

Officers found a window in one of the hotel rooms that appeared to have been shot out and a hole was found in the wall across from the window.

Another arrest has been made in connection to a shooting at a high-rise hotel in Myrtle Beach.

Around 8:30am on on December 1, police were called to the Paradise Resort along S. Ocean Boulevard.

Investigators discovered a “weapons discharge” situation had unfolded overnight.

Officers found a window in one of the hotel rooms that appeared to have been shot out and a hole was found in the wall across from the window.

Authorities also found a vehicle across the street that had been hit by stray bullets. It reportedly belonged to one of the individuals involved.

No injuries were reported but 19-year-old Chandler Johnston, 20-year-old Yachyus Wright and 22-year-old Christopher Wright were each arrested and charged in connection to the incident.

The exact roles the three men had in the incident were not revealed.
