Susie Wiles To Serve As Chief Of Staff
Donald Trump said Wiles helped him achieve one of the greatest political victories in American history.
Donald Trump makes history with the appointment of Susie Wiles to serve as his chief of staff when he takes office in January.
Wiles is a respected GOP operative who typically stayed in the background while running Trump’s third White House campaign. She navigated the largely male-dominated campaign without making enemies and Trump allies congratulated her on the role she played.
Trump said Wiles helped him achieve one of the greatest political victories in American history. He added she will continue to work tirelessly alongside him to accomplish his mission to “Make America Great Again.”
Wiles will be the first woman to take on the position.
The chief of staff pick was the first administration position Trump has announced since he won the presidency.
