John-Paul Miller is accused of assaulting a woman during a confrontation.
The pastor of Solid Rock Church in Market Common was arrested.

A video shows miller standing in front of the woman making angry motions toward her. She claimed he put his hands on her during the commotion.
Miller was charged with third degree assault and given a $776 bond this morning. He has a hearing scheduled to take place on December 10.
The incident comes as many demonstrators have been protesting in support of Miller’s wife, 30-year-old Mica Miller. She died by suicide on April 27 and many are questioning the circumstances surrounding her death, placing blame on John-Paul.
The FBI is currently investigating J-P and recently raided his home.
