Starbucks No Longer Charges Add-On Fee For Non-Dairy Milk

The coffee chain said starting next week, the non-dairy milk surcharge will be removed.

Starbucks customers will no longer have to pay an add-on fee for non-dairy milk.

The coffee chain said starting next week, the non-dairy milk surcharge will be removed.

That means customers who request the option will pay around 10% less than they did previously.

The move marks one of several changes Starbucks has made under new CEO Brian Niccol. He took over the company in September.

Despite the removal of the add-on fee, the new CEO is working to reposition Starbucks as a premium brand that does not offer discounts.

However, Niccol said the company does not plan to raise prices next year.
