Aldi To Offer Thanksgiving Meal Deal While Competing Against Rival

The grocery chain is rolling out an "inflation-busting holiday meal" that costs $47.

With grocery prices at a record high, one retailer is offering a Thanksgiving meal deal.

Aldi is releasing its lowest-priced meal in five years, undercutting one of its largest rivals.

The grocery chain is rolling out an “inflation-busting holiday meal” that costs $47. It aims to feed 10 people, which comes out to $4.70 per-person.

The meal includes all of the traditional fixings, including a turkey, gravy, rolls, macaroni and cheese, stuffing as well as cranberry sauce ingredients. It also includes mashed potatoes, sweet potato and green bean casserole and even a pumpkin pie.

The price of the deal is around $2 cheaper than a similar offer at Walmart.
