HGTC And CCU To Host Annual Domestic Violence 5K

Two universities along the Grand Strand are set to host a walk aiming to end domestic violence.
Horry Georgetown Technical College and Coastal Carolina University are teaming up for their annual ‘Light Up the Night 5K run, walk, stroll or roll.’
The campuses raise money for their victim assistance fund, aiding student survivors of violence.
Attendees will start on University Boulevard, take a loop around HGTC’s campus finishing at Brooks Stadium.
There will be an award ceremony, raffle baskets and swag bags.
All participants will be given race T-shirts. the event will take place on October 25 at 7:30pm at CCU’s campus.
