Spirit Halloween is pulling a ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ stunt.
The store is planning to transform into a winter wonderland after the spooky season passes.
The retailer is putting away the scary thrills and replacing them with Christmas-themed items including gifts, decorations and inflatables.
There will also be a “life-sized” gingerbread village and the opportunity to take pictures with Santa Clause.
A spokesperson said the goal is to create a festive retail experience that captures the spirit of the season just like they do with Halloween.
Though the pop-up chain is opening a record 1,525 stores this season, only 10 locations will be test sites for the new Christmas trial.
The closest locations for the Carolinas will be in Erie, Pennsylvania.
