How to Train Yourself to Sleep Less
A bodybuilder in Japan claims he's trained himself to sleep only half an hour each night!
Apparently one thing you can train, at least according to this bodybuilder, is your ability to sleep less. He claims that for the past fifteen years, he has slept no more than half an hour each night. The schedule allows him to have more time to do other activities, missing out on almost nothing in life. However, most find his routine concerning, especially since doctors and scientists recommend seven to nine hours of nightly sleep. Despite this, he says he’s already trained his wife to sleep just two hours a night and his son four to five hours. According to him, the key is to keep the brain stimulated with activities that prevent the desire for sleep.
