Myrtle Beach Man Wins 2024 ‘Master Chef’ Competition

The theme for Season 14 featured home cooks from teams of Millennials, Baby Boomers, Gen X and Y contestants.

A local man was named the winner of the 2024 ‘Master Chef’ competition.

27-year-old Michael Leonard of Myrtle Beach landed a spot on this season’s ‘Master Chef’ by serving an Italian dish to Gordon Ramsay and the other judges.

Leonard cooked a three-course meal Wednesday night that wowed all three.

The meal included a truffle tortellini with brown butter appetizer, herb-crusted rack of venison entree and a peach cobbler-inspired dessert.

Leonard competed for the Millenials team.
