Bouncer Of Gentleman’s Club Arrested In Connection To Theft Of $41,000

An employee at an Atlantic Beach gentleman’s club has been arrested in connection to a theft investigation.
On Friday night, $41,000 was stolen from the trunk of a car at ‘Thee Doll House.’
The car reportedly belonged to a person who had been in jail. The victim was released, returned for his car, only to find his safe was missing.
An investigation into the incident led to the arrest of 28-year-old Jonathan Laurent. He is a bouncer who worked at the club.
Laurent was captured on surveillance footage taking the black safe containing the cash out the vehicle.
Authorities say he did not act alone, but no other arrests have been made at this time.
More charges are expected and the other suspects involved were reportedly subcontractors.
An investigation is still underway.
