Stellantis Recalls Nearly 1.5 Million Ram Trucks

The recall covers truck models from 2019 and 2021-2024.

Stellantis has issued a recall on nearly 1.5 million Ram pickup trucks.

The recall covers truck models from 2019 and 2021-2024.

It was placed due to a software issue that affects the electronic stability control system.

The trucks may have anti-locking brake system that could shut down the stability control. The brakes could still work if that happened, but U.S. safety standards require electronic stability control to work in all phases of driving.

Owners can take their vehicles to dealerships who will update the software free of charge.
