Man Charged After Allegedly Stabbing Someone In Myrtle Beach

A man informed officials that he was just sitting on a couch when suspect Nikolay Palmer attacked him.

One man was arrested after allegedly stabbing a victim several times in Myrtle Beach.

Police responded to the incident at an apartment along Riverwalk Drive on Monday.

Upon arrival, a man informed officials that he was just sitting on a couch when suspect Nikolay Palmer attacked him from behind with a large knife.

The victim was able to run out the apartment to a nearby residence and call 911.

Responding officers searched the victim’s apartment and confirmed Palmer was no longer in the area.

The victim was treated for injuries he sustained and is expected to be ok.

Palmer was later located and has now been charged with attempted murder.
