Groundbreaking Ceremony Held For New BJ’s Wholesale Club Location
The club is partnering with the Lowcountry Food Bank and plans to donate unsold produce, meat and more to the charity every week.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held Thursday for the new BJ’s Wholesale Club location in Horry County.
The retailer will be located along Las Palmas Drive in Myrtle Beach.
It is expected to bring over 100 jobs to the Carolina Forest area.
The club is partnering with the Lowcountry Food Bank and plans to donate unsold produce, meat and more to the charity every week.
The food bank already partners with the BJ’s Summerville location. It was said the club is happy to support even more community members.
This is only the retailers second South Carolina location. It is set to open sometime this fall.
