Suspect Arrested After Shooting Incident In Robeson County

Two men reportedly got into a verbal altercation that escalated leading them to pull firearms and exchange gun fire.

One suspect is in custody after two people were shot at an apartment complex in Robeson County.

The incident took place at the Fairfield Park apartments off of Veterans Road in the St. Pauls area.

When police arrived, one of the suspects was still at the scene while the other fled into a wooded area. They were later arrested following a man-hunt.
