23-Year-Old Woman Dies Following Single-Vehicle Crash Near Andrews

The driver and the only passenger in the vehicle were both taken to a hospital by EMS.

One person is dead following a crash near Andrews on Saturday.

The incident occurred shortly before noon near Gapway Road and Insteel Drive.

A 2002 Chevy SUV was heading east when the driver lost control and struck a ditch causing the vehicle to overturn.

The driver and the only passenger in the vehicle were both taken to a hospital by EMS.

The passenger later succumbed to their injuries. They were identified as 23-year-old Nicolina Barr.

The driver’s condition is unknown at this time.
