Judge Threatens To Sanction Hunter Biden’s Attorneys

Biden's attorneys argued prosecutor David Weiss had years as a U.S. Attorney to bring the charges against him.

A federal judge threatened to sanction Hunter Biden’s attorneys in his tax fraud case.

The president’s son’s lawyers filed a motion last week asking U.S. District Judge Mark Scarsi to dismiss Biden’s criminal charges claiming prosecutor David Weiss had years as a U.S. Attorney to bring the charges against him. However, he failed to until after he received the special counsel title that he sought.

However, Judge Scarsi threatened to sanction Biden’s attorney’s stating the claims they made are false.

The attorney’s have now been asked to “show cause why sanctions should not be imposed for making false statements in the motion.”
