Part Of SC-917 Will Be Closed Due To Construction

Drivers will be detoured to Highway 19 and Green Sea Road.

Work started Tuesday on the SC-917 culvert over Long Branch Swamp.

Due to the construction, part of the road will be closed and drivers will be detoured to Highway 19 and Green Sea Road.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of August.

During this time, SC-917 will only be open to local traffic.
