Further details have been released regarding a fatal domestic-related shooting that happened in Darlington County.

Arrest warrants revealed around 1am on Saturday, Michael McMillan forced his way into 23-year-old Teaarra Johnson’s home. He is accused of physically assaulting her before shooting her once inside the home. He then reportedly chased her to her neighbor’s home and shot her several more times resulting in her death. McMillan then reportedly fled the scene.

The findings were based on evidence gathered through statements and surveillance footage.

McMillan now faces charges of murder, first degree burglary, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle. He is being held at the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center without bond.
