Walgreens To Cut Prices Across The Board
Prices are dropping immediately on over 1,500 items online and at its stores, which include both name and store brands.
Walgreens announced some exciting news.
The retailer is cutting prices across the board, from snacks to toiletries and even toys.
Prices are dropping immediately on over 1,500 items online and at its stores, which include both name and store brands.
For example, a bag of potato chips under Walgreens’ “Nice!” brand now costs $1.99, which is down from $2.79.
The price cuts are an attempt to lure back inflation fearing shoppers who have been turned off by high prices.
Over the past few weeks competitors including Target, Walmart and Amazon have also slashed prices on thousands of goods aiming to rev-up consumer spending.
