One Suspect Arrested While Police Search For Another Connected To Shooting
Police are still searching for 70-year-old Jerry Oxendine in connection to the incident. He is considered armed and dangerous.
We now have an update on a shooting incident that unfolded in Robeson County.
On Wednesday, police responded to a call on Ironhorse Drive in the Maxton area on reports of two people shot.
Upon arrival, the two injured victims were located and transported to a hospital for treatment. Both are now in stable condition.
52-year-old Trevor Oxendine has been arrested in connection to the shooting. He faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury as well as possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
