New Airline is Catering to Dogs
Bark Air will carry dogs of all sizes and their human companions on routes from New York, Los Angeles and London.
A new airline catered to dogs is about to takeoff. Beginning today, Bark Air will carry dogs of all sizes and their human companions on routes from New York, Los Angeles and London. The airline said its goal is to offer an alternative to traditional air travel, which is often stressful to both dogs and their owners. The service has been pretty popular already, with 15-thousand requests for new destinations. But, the flights won’t come cheap. A one-way ticket for one dog and its owner…costs six thousand dollars for domestic flights and eight thousand dollars for international flights. Bark Air said it plans to add new routes throughout the summer.
