Two Projects To Soon Bring More Homes To Florence

The two subdivisions will bring 656 new homes total to west and south Florence.

The City of Florence could soon see a significant increase in homes after the approval of two new subdivision projects.

The Bruce Tract Homes are set to be built on a 137 acre parcel on Bannockburn Road, which was recently annexed by the city. Each single-family home will sit on a 6,000 square-foot lot.

Magnolia Farms is an existing 301 acre subdivision with 879 lots that is located along Hoffmeyer Road. It will soon see an additional 109 acres developed to include 291 more homes that will be single-family detached.

The two subdivisions will bring 656 new homes total to west and south Florence.

The new developments must still submit more detailed plans before construction can begin.
