Target To Slash Prices On Over 1,500 Popular Products

The lower prices will aim to “collectively save consumers millions of dollars” on household staples.

Target announced plans to slash prices on over 1,500 popular products starting immediately.

As of Monday, prices have begun to drop on items ranging from butter to laundry detergent.

Price cuts are expected to be applied amounting to 5,000 products overall.

The lower prices will aim to “collectively save consumers millions of dollars” on household staples. Some  everyday items include milk, fresh fruit, diapers and even pet food.

The change is an attempt to re-attract customers into Target stores as well as turn sales around after falling last year for the first time since 2016.
