Iranian Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and several other officials were found dead Monday, hours after their helicopter crashed.
The crash happened Sunday in blizzard conditions near the Azerbaijan border. However, the direct cause for the crash has not been confirmed.
The incident resulted in the death of all eight people aboard a bell helicopter, including Iran’s foreign minister.
