Some Swiss Army Knives are about to become a little less dangerous. The Swiss company that makes the item is in the early stages of developing the first range of blade-less products. It’s because crime rates have risen in some European countries, which has led to several countries adding stricter bans or restrictions on carrying pocket knives. There are already more than 400 different types of Swiss Army Knives, targeting different jobs, outdoor activities, and sports…but until now, they have all had at least one blade. There are no specifics on the new blade-less knives or when they’ll be available. But, they’ll act more as tools where a blade isn’t usually required…such as a version for cyclists or for golfers.
