Powerball players in South Carolina could win more than cash this month.

Players can enter their tickets for a chance to win $1 million in a promotion with NASCAR.

The winner will be announced live from the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race in Phoenix on November 10.

In addition, players are also competing for a trip to the championship race, in a series of elimination drawings that coincide with the NASCAR playoffs.

The promotion will be going on until May 20,

South Carolina is one of 27 state lotteries participating in the promotion.
