Cold Pea Salad
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Water
Boil ingredients for 1 min and set aside to cool.
1 12oz can Corn, drained
1 17oz can Peas, drained
1 cup chopped Celery
1 cup chopped Onions
1 2oz jar Pimento, drained
Combine all ingredients and cool.
Butter Dip Biscuits
1 stick Butter
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 1/2 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 3/4 cup Buttermilk
Preheat the oven to 450. Spray glass 8X8 with a nonstick. Melt Butter in the microwave. Pour into a baking dish. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add Buttermilk and stir. Pour into a baking dish over the butter. Cut the dough into 9 squares. Bake 25 minutes rotating dish once.
