Swimming near a lifeguard is one of the biggest things you can do to keep yourself dafe as well as being award of the ocean water conditions. Plus, Monty offers advice and information on how to deal with rip currents.

Each year the City hires approximately 100 lifeguards to cover 50 Lifeguard Towers and 9 miles of beachfront.
