Seven Jurors Selected In Trump’s Hush Money Trial

Trump's lawyers dove into the prospective jurors' social media posts attempting to root out those with an anti-Trump bias from getting on the jury.

Tuesday marked the second day of Trump’s hush money trial.

Seven jurors were selected and placed on the panel that will decide the former president’s guilt or innocence.

Trump’s lawyers dove into the prospective jurors’ social media posts attempting to root out those with an anti-Trump bias from getting on the jury. They even questioned some about their posts as the defense team asked to remove them from the jury for cause.

That process prompted the judge to warn Trump that he will not tolerate any attempts to intimidate jurors.

Jury selection resumed Wednesday as a total of 12 New Yorkers must be placed on the panel in this trial.
