Man Arrested In Connection To Abduction Of Two-Year-Old

The suspect does have a connection to the child and his family, but it is unclear how.

A suspect is now in custody after allegedly kidnapping a child.

Robeson County authorities issued an amber alert Sunday morning for two-year-old Tacoma Hunt.

Hours after reportedly being abducted, the child was located.

36-year-old Earl Locklear was arrested after a short foot pursuit in the area of Wild Plum Road in Maxton. He faces charges of second degree kidnapping, felonious restraint, abduction of a child along with several other felonies.

Locklear does have a connection to the child and his family, but it is unclear how.

The suspect is being held at the Robeson County Detention Center without bond.
