From Lindt Milk Chocolate, to Reese's, and York...there are some great options!
If you want to indulge in some traditional Easter treats but want to stay as healthy as possible, here are the best sweets to eat according to a dietician.
The Lindt Milk Chocolate Mini Gold Bunny is at the top of the list. It’s made from high-quality chocolate and has a lot less calories and added sugar than the full size version. The smaller sized Reese’s eanut butter eggs are another good option as they have just 150 calories in three of them. Plus, the peanut butter offers some healthy fat and protein. At just 160 calories, the Cadbury Mini Eggs were listed as well. Nine of them make up a single serving. The Hershey’s cookies’n’cream polka dot easter eggs are also at 160 calories for six of them and finally, York dark chocolate peppermint pattie eggs. Of course you have to like the mint and chocolate combo.
