Coker University Lockdown Lifted After No Threat Found

Campus security and the Hartsville Police Department investigated and found "no ongoing threat."

Coker University lifted a precautionary lockdown Monday.

The lockdown was placed a little after midnight due to what campus officials referred to as “a security concern.”

During the lockdown, access to campus buildings were restricted and those on campus were advised to stay indoors.
