International Drive Reopens Following Controlled Burn Activities

Drivers should use caution when traveling in the area because there is a possibility of intermittent smoke that could impact visibility.

Following a recent closure, International Drive has re-opened.

The roadway was closed from Highway 90 to Ocean Bay Elementary School as the SC Department of Natural Resources was conducting controlled burn activities in the area.

There are no more controlled burns planned and the road is open to normal traffic flow.
