Do You Suffer from ‘Popcorn Brain?’

It refers to a person's attention jumping quickly from one thing to the next.

Mental health experts have long been concerned about the usage of social media leading to shortened attention spans… and now there’s a name for the phenomenon. It’s called “popcorn brain.” It refers to a person’s attention jumping quickly from one thing to the next. Psychologists say if you’re feeling overwhelmed by the non-stop pace of digital media, and find it difficult to concentrate on one task or thought, you may have it.
