Man Arrested After Stabbing Victim With A Sword
Two men allegedly encountered a verbal altercation over food that one man believed the other ate.
A man is facing charges after stabbing someone in Myrtle Beach on Tuesday.
Around 10:20pm, police responded to Little River Road on reports of an assault.
Upon arrival, officials were informed that a verbal altercation between two men broke out in the kitchen of a home.
The disagreement was over food that one man believed the other man ate.
40-year-old Fabian Brown allegedly walked away from the altercation by retreating to his room and closing the door.
When he opened it back up, the man lunged at him and Brown allegedly stabbed him in the stomach with a sword.
Brown was arrested and charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
