If the selected students currently reside within the HTC service area in Horry, Georgetown or Marion County, HTC will award an additional $500.

High schoolers who are expected to graduate soon have the opportunity to apply for a new scholarship program.

HTC and the Foundation For Rural Service have partnered to provide the FRS scholarship to recipients in the amount of $2,000.
