The U.S. Supreme Court will hear historic oral arguments Thursday regarding Former President Trump’s eligibility for a second term in office.
The ‘Trump v. Anderson’ case involves whether the former president is disqualified from holding the presidency again due to his alleged actions during the January 6th Capitol attack.
The Colorado Supreme Court recently removed Trump from the state’s ballots claiming he conducted actions of insurrection and violated Section 3 of the 14th amendment.
Colorado’s decision led to the legal battle before the Supreme Court which will soon need to make a decision.
