U.S. Conducts Over 100 Strikes In Retaliation
It was said the goal of the strikes is to get the attacks to stop, not to start a war with Iran.
Over the weekend, the U.S. conducted retaliatory strikes in Iran.
Last Sunday, a drone struck a U.S. base in Jordan leaving three troop members dead and over 40 others injured.
On Friday, Washington began retaliation attacks on over 85 targets across seven locations in Iraq and Syria.
Then on Saturday the U.S. military struck 36 targets at 13 locations in Houthi rebel controlled areas of Yemen.
This incursion was in retaliation to the ongoing attacks Houthis continue to conduct against commercial and U.S. naval vessels in the Red Sea.
