Man Arrested For Allegedly Stabbing Someone At A Myrtle Beach Motel
Shortly before midnight on Friday police were called to the Summer Sands motel. Upon arrival, a victim was found bleeding from the shoulder.
A man was arrested after he allegedly stabbed someone in Myrtle Beach.
Shortly before midnight on Friday police were called to the Summer Sands motel. Upon arrival, a victim was found bleeding from the shoulder.
A witness informed officials that 50-year-old Edward Townsend and the victim were engaging in a verbal altercation that turned physical when Townsend allegedly started chasing the victim around the parking lot with a cutting tool.
The witness claimed the victim was struck and then brought into a room at the hotel.
Townsend is now being detained without bond and faces charges of attempted murder as well as one count of possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
