A Two-Vehicle Crash Resulted In The Death Of One Person

29-year-old Antonio Mendez was driving a 2004 Ford Ranger pickup when he ran through a stop sign while traveling east on Adrian Highway.

One person has died in result of a crash in Horry County.

The two-vehicle collision occurred in the area of Highway 19 and Adrian Highway near Loris around 10:15am Monday.

The Ford was then struck by a 2023 Dodge Ram that was heading south on Highway 19.

The Ford Ranger went off the left side of the road before overturning. Mendez died in the crash.

The driver of the Dodge Ram was not injured.
