At Least Four Deaths Occurred In Result Of A Powerful Storm System

The storm generated at least 23 reported tornadoes across Texas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

Powerful storms made their way across the Central and Eastern U.S. on Tuesday packing nearly every winter weather threat.

At least four storm related deaths have been confirmed across Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina.

The weather left nearly 900,000 utility customers without power but much has been restored.

Over 1,300 flights were canceled and more than 8,700 flights were delayed Tuesday.

Nearly half of the U.S. population remains under wind alerts that cover almost all of the south and extend to the northeast.
