Verizon Settled A Class Action Lawsuit

The settlement pertains to charges issued to customers between January 1, 2016 to November 8, 2023.

Verizon has settled a class action lawsuit and customers can now claim their share.

The company has agreed to pay $100 million to settle the lawsuit that alleged Verizon charged an undisclosed administration fee to its customers in a “deceptive and unfair manner.”

The settlement pertains to charges issued to customers between January 1, 2016 to November 8, 2023.

Those affected have until April 15, 2024 to file a claim.
