Conway City Council approved the annexation and development of one of the largest project proposals ever in the city.
The vote was unanimous and allows the ‘Warden Station Tract’ project to bring over 1,700 acres near Pitch Landing Road and Highway 701.

The developers said the project is on a 20-year timeline, but could be completed sooner.
