Mortgage Rate Reaches Lowest Level Since June

After dropping under 7% last week for the first time since August, rates decreased again this week.
The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rate fell to an average of 6.67% this week which is down from 6.95% last week.
The average 30-year fixed-rate stood at 6.27% this time last year.
