CCU Sees Significant Spike In Freshman Applications

CCU received 16,023 applications for the fall of 2024 as of last week which is up nearly 25% from this time last year.

Freshman applications at Coastal Carolina University have seen a significant increase.

CCU received 16,023 applications for the fall of 2024 as of last week which is up nearly 25% from this time last year.

The university also saw a 34.2% spike in out-of-state applications for freshmen.

At the same time in 2022, CCU received 12,873 freshman applications.

The university’s freshman class for this fall was a record high for CCU.
