An expert claims to know the top habits of the world’s happiest people. Dan Beuttner is a best-selling author, who’s traveled the globe studying how people live long, happy lives. In a recent interview, he laid out the top eight habits. First up was getting at least eight hours of sleep. That was followed by eating a plant-based breakfast. Being social with family and friends. Volunteering, which leads to feeling more satisfied and less symptoms of depression. Also, taking 30 minute power naps, practicing a religious faith, limiting tv and social media to 30 minutes a day, and finally, working 35 hours or less a week….which obviously isn’t do-able for everyone.
