Current Tenants Of Inlet Square Mall To Find New Location

Belk and Planet Fitness will remain open and be incorporated as tenants of the redeveloped property.

Paramount Development Corporation has shared plans for the redevelopment of the Inlet Square Mall.

The interior mall is set to close in the first quarter of next year.

Belk and Planet Fitness will remain open and be incorporated as tenants of the redeveloped property.  All other tenants will not be included in the changes and have been given until the end of this year to relocate.

Proposed revitalization of the 60-acre Inlet Square property includes a retail core, medical facilities, restaurants, hotels and the development of several restaurant and service out-parcel users along Highway 17 Bypass.

The Horry County Administration Committee has approved the redevelopment plans which now must be approved by Horry County Council members to proceed.
