Gas Prices Are Down Nationwide

Gas prices have now fallen every day and are now down a total of 63 cents since hitting the peak of $3.88 in back September.

Gas prices across the Nation have dropped for 61 consecutive days after getting close to $4 in recent months.

The average price for a gallon of regular gas now stands at $3.25. That’s down five cents from a week ago and 26 cents from a month ago.

Gas prices have now fallen every day and are now down a total of 63 cents since hitting the peak of $3.88 in back September.

The tumble of oil prices have contributed to the lower retail pump prices. Oil prices have dropped nearly 20% since briefly topping $95 a barrel in September and now sit at around $76.

There are now 15 states, including S.C., that are averaging $3 or less for a gallon of regular gas.
