Search Continues For Man Missing Since July

Matthew Prebeg's car was discovered abandoned but locked with his cell phone, driver's license and clothes inside.

The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance locating a man who was reported missing back in July.

41-year-old Matthew Prebeg was last seen leaving Myrtle Beach on July 8th. His car was discovered abandoned but locked with his cell phone, driver’s license and clothes inside. It was found off of highway 38 in the Latta area.

Prebeg last used his debit card at a McDonald’s in Latta on July 8th at 1:40pm.

Anyone who can provide any information in regards to his whereabouts or the investigation is urged to contact Horry or Dillon County authorities
