Heading into the second month of the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas, Israel Defense Forces are making major moves.
On Wednesday, the IDF confirmed that it has killed top Hamas Weapons Manufacturer Moshen Abu Zina. He was the head of the militant group’s weapons and industries and an expert in developing strategic weapons and rockets used by the terrorist group.
Israeli forces also shared that they have surrounded Gaza City, where Hamas built a network of underground tunnels to move fighters and supplies as it carries out attacks on Israel. The military group explained that troops are now in the heart of Gaza City and closing in on Hamas.
Thousands of civilians were seen fleeing the northern Gaza strip, headed south, on an evacuation corridor the IDF opened to permit safe passage for Gazans to escape. However, many still remain in the area as UN officials and G7 Nations stepped up appeals for a humanitarian pause.
